We come from an area where good "Mexican fast food" is a dime a dozen, so we were weary about trying a place in Vegas. El Herradero did not disappoint. Not many places put real cheese on nachos anymore and bake it in the oven. Loved that! I would have liked more meat on the nachos, but besides that, yum! The green sauce is the best. My only complaint is they close so early! If you're feigning for some Mexican food at a great price and you're on the south side of Las Vegas Blvd., they're worth a visit.
