We took our Dyson vacuum into the Glendale, Az store on 3/8 for a tuneup, I was told that they had recently lost one of their techs, so it would be 2-3 weeks. When I contacted them on 3/25, they were rude and said it would take another week or so, "as we said it would be 4 weeks when you dropped it off". Finally after a couple more phone calls they said it needs a couple filters and would be ready on April 1st. When I went to pick it up, I took a coupon which I had received from Oreck for a free tuneup which they refused to accept. The coupon also states the Reg price was $39.95 vs my charge of $69.95. Lisa the Store Manager said that was only for Oreck and didn't apply to off brands like my Dyson. In the future I will take my Dyson to another dealer who treats their customers with respect. I have submitted my complaint to customer service at Oreck.com.
