I've been in the restaurant to eat several times as well as ordered out and never really had an issue with service or the food.
But, tonight, my boyfriend and I decided to order some dessert to pick up. We ordered the chocolate chip cookie skillet and the brownie skillet. When my boyfriend picked it up and got it home, the cookie and the brownie were cold, as in pulled out of the fridge. How hard is it to make fresh brownies and cookies? They tasted like very prepackaged and processed stuff you can buy at the store. I don't expect gourmet but it is a restaurant, so I would expect a majority of items to be made fresh. Very disappointing.
