I read their on line self praised ad of helping victims of assault in casinos and hotels. Was convinced that they are legit and honest. I called about my case which the casino already has offered to settle. Never got to speak to an attorney. The paralegal who handles criminal cases stated we only take auto accident cases. I asked why they promote that they handle this type of case. He said, I thought we had removed it.
A good attorney will consult with the possible client. In my case it was to negotiate the settlement amount. A good lawyer does not allow the paralegal to reach such conclusion. If they don't accept the case it leaves room to trust for future cases or referrals.
I have no trust in this office. Period.
