Judging by the reviews, my experience wasn't just a rarety. I had a follow up appointment set by another concentra location for 11am. I got there early and still waited for a half hour for my appointment and then waited another twenty minutes in the room to be seen.
If you have an appointment, you should honor that appointment with promptness.
If I could have seen at least 1 smile from 1 staff member, I maybe would have given this place one more star.
