I've been a long time WorldMark member and I never requested for any favors before. But today I was very disappointed to say the least. We came to Las Vegas for my husbands basketball tournament and stayed at the WorldMark for 3 nights and checked out Sunday at noon. Unfortunately, the UNLV where the tournament was held would not allow my husband and his teammates to use their shower. Needless to say they're very strick and set with their rules. So before checking out at noon at the WM resort I asked the manager if my husband can use the shower for 5 minutes after he's done with his basketball tournament at 1pm. They wouldn't allow him. I begged and even volunteered to clean the shower afterwards. Still they did not let him. This to me show no compassion to their long time customer. I will never forget this experience.
