As other have mentioned, Auction Nation's capabilities have gone in the tank since their pretty aggressive expansion last year. They are now severely understaffed and severely disorganized. Unfortunately, I don't expect any of this to change as there is a "well, yeah, we're busy around here" attitude.
More than once, I've just left after checking in and just canceled the charges on my credit card. It's become a crap shoot, which is a shame because they used to really be on their game. Now, I frankly appreciate my time too much to waste it waiting around for whatever is going on at Auction Nation.
