I absolutely love this place, the atmosphere and positive vibe is more than I could have ever wished for. The trainers are all more than willing to help by encouraging and pushing us to go past our comfort zone. The members are just as encouraging and positive even when you're ready to throw in the towel they are the voice you hear in the back of your head, or front sometimes, that helps you get to the end of your workout.
