Paul is awesome and proffesional, for the older blonde lady.... haha wish i could say the same.
1st time i went and i waited while she was on the phone discussing the store drama among what drama was going on at other nationwide stores.
When it was time to get my glasses i asked her whats popular and she was real snippy and said "i dont know just pick something out". So at that point i just wanted to leave, why would i buy from someone who doesnt even help or work for a sale. (Which i spent 300 out of my own pocket not including what insurance paid)
2nd time i went and Paul spent the time helping me pick put glasses and trying them on. He is awesome and polite.
The 3rd interaction i had with her was picking my glasses up and her exact words "ill have paul help you because i know you have a problem with me." Hahah the lack of proffesionalism in this older blonde women blows my mind! She is the only reason for this negative review. If i could give Paul a 5 star rating and different review i would.
I have my glasses and wont be going back. She cost Nationwide my future sale. She is trashy and shouldnt have to interact with customers. I have never had a problem with any one there until i met this old blonde women who should go back to high school with her drama.
