The team at the rainbow location were all very helpful! From start to finish; walking in and getting greeted immediately (even with reps already engaged with other potential customers), to installation, and assistance with troubleshooting into the next week. The manager, Jeremy, was very informative over emails as to what stereo system meet my interests. Brandon and B both helped me out with making the right decisions to get more bang for my buck and stay within my budget. I did expect these guys to try and upsale or take advantage of me- but they didn't. Had an issue with my apple carplay that i tried troubleshooting myself for a few days. I even reached out to the manufacturer but didnt get much out of them. I took the stereo back for help. Jeremy called the manufacturer and resolved the issue. I didn't get the names of the team members involved or the techs but they were also nice enough to ask for preferred location of certain items. I have heard horror stories of techs that don't even care to ask or just blow off customer requests. Thank you guys!!!
