Pulled in at 8:30, waited and was able to pay at 8:55am. Sat outside and watched my truck sit behind one other car till 9:15am, with everyone working every other lane than the VIP lane. Had to ask a maroon shirt what was going on, he explained they're going to get to it. Then he proceeded to check to make sure his hair was up to par, in my wet truck window. Lesson learned, don't come here, and if you do, get the cheapest wash cash that's the only lane that gets worked. It's now 9:25... truck still hasn't moved and has now been air dried in 53 degree weather. Looking at all the other reviews, makes sense the service I got. Back to self service car washes it is
P.S. I had to request for them to finish my truck as they kept going back to the basic wash line. Finally drove away at 9:33 with shit all over my tires. Worse 30$ ever spent.
