Selection is mediocre - it's got your basics. It feels like a Sobey's express location though it's not officially labeled as one.
Go here because it's close and that's about it.
Tip : sign up for the Club Sobey's card so you can get something out of your visits one day. It doesn't feel as bad if you're earning some points for your visits.

As mentioned by other yelpers there's better selection at the Longos on Bay and Loblaws but if you're living in the Queen Quay area and don't want to walk far.. well this is it.
