Dr. McMillan is a great doctor. He spends time listening to patients. He is honestly excellent, and the reason I prefer new doctors to veterans. Dr. Sood on the other hand... very disappointed, he might want to reconsider being a GP, family medicine requires a lot more empathy than other types of medicine.
The clinic is overrun, and does its best to cater to as many patients as possible. I do not blame them for being overcrowded, it has more to do with the state of healthcare in the GTA and Ontario than the clinic itself. The receptionists are a bit green, but very kind and patient. I wish them all well.
