I've lived in San Antigua for over 10 years and I can safely say that it is one of the best values in the East Valley upscale rental market. The new, on-site management group has overseen an extensive 'makeover' project that is restoring the community's 'luxury' reputation to the level it enjoyed several years ago.
San Antigua's location is convenient to Scottsdale's fine amenities, the landscaping is beautiful, the office/service staff professional and courteous, and the ambiance quiet, yet elegant. The recent upgrades to the Club House, swimming pools, and Fitness Center are well-conceived and first-rate.
Are there the occasional glitches or delays? Sure. What place doesn't have them from time to time? Regrettably, a few reviewers have had some issues before the new management group arrived and the renovations were completed. In my experience, however, the positives clearly outweigh the negatives, and I plan to reside at San Antigua well into the future. But don't take my - or any other's - word for it. Drive over and check it out for yourself. I think you'll like it.
