WORST EXPERIENCE EVER .. literally made an account just to make sure no one ever comes here for the sake of the their time, energy, and self-respect.
I made an appointment and specified exactly what services I would be needing. Eyelash removal, full set, volume 3D.
Originally appointment was at 2pm but once I elaborated that I would want a VOLUME full set, she said the next eyelash technician who could do that service would be at 2:20. No problem. I get there exactly at 2:20. I go in, I'm laying on bed, explaining to her once again what I want and she tells me there's no time for that. She makes me get up walk back to receptionist where I asked to speak to manager after receptionist tells me I would have to come back another day. Manager is extremely rude, unapologetic, and just very unprofessional in regards to the huge mess- up her receptionist just made. She tells me that's just the way it is and never not once apologized or showed any concern for my time, gas, and extreme inconvenience.
I'm an extremely understanding person .. but I swear I've never been treated like that anywhere in my life. I've been getting nails, hair, waxing, threading and any girly stuff u can think of ever since I was 17. I'm 23 now and this is the first time where I felt the need to let people know of how horrible a salons service is. Do not come here. I should've listened to the other negative reviews.
