There's a reason people went to Radio Shack back in the day: customer service. It's the same reason Radio Shacks are all closing now. The level of ignorance at this store is bad enough, but add to that terrible customer service and top it off with horrible management, and you've got the perfect recipe for the success of Fry's Electronics. I sure won't be shocked when this store closes its doors for good!
