I called Triple B when my garage door finally just totally stopped opening after having issues for about 3 months. Roderick came out that very same day. I received a text and a call when he was in route, which was great. He had the problem addressed within the first 5 minutes and gave us several options ranging from repair, to a couple different replacement options. He never tried to upsell us and was completely forthcoming and honest in his opinion of each option. We ended up going with a full replacement and upgrading the unit. He was able to come out early afternoon the following day for the install. I again got a text letting me know when he was in-route. He had the install done neatly and quickly. My garage door works better than ever and now we have a system with many more options and comforts (automatic shutting , automatic lights, wifi garage door controller ect) with minimal additional cost.
