I realize that everyone comes here for the famous ox-tail soup, but I did not have the pleasure of trying it on my last visit here. We were staying at the California Hotel and were given coupon books upon check-in. The coupons are good for any menu item marked with a palm tree FREE OF CHARGE. Score! I love coupons! I had the spam, eggs and rice and was very satisfied. I only wish the rice was garlic fried rice instead. I love how cheap everything on the menu is. And I love how most of the menu items are Filipino dishes. I'll be back on my next trip to try the ox-tail soup that I noticed everyone was ordering.
