I come here once every couple of months and I've never had an issue with the front desk staff. They are always friendly and get you checked in and out quickly.
The facility is pretty big and easy to find. There is also plenty of parking.
Dr. Cohen always takes his time and is very friendly. He is the best and I'm glad he is the one I see. There is also a lab onsite (Sonora quest) and there is almost never a wait!
