After a long (enough) search, I finally bought my dress here. I cared more about budget than dress, but didn't want to end up with anything that looked cheap either. I had visited a tonne of sample sales, usually unable to even try samples on - event hough I am not that big (they fit street size 4 & 6 mostly). Discouraged, I went to Becker's and ended up with a very well kept sample in a larger (normal) size. I went in with a budget and with tax went only $15 over. I am certain they finessed the price to match my budget and to get it bang on... plus it was near closing on a weeknight and I am sure they wanted to make the sale. My attendant was very nice, helpful, and they did not bat an eye when I gave them my max price, or when we showed up with a (well behaved but still) baby. They have a wide range of dresses, and a decent sample section. My dress does not need much alterations, but you can save by taking your dress elsewhere, Becker's will even give you some information. Dress shopping was the least fun part of my entire bridal experience, but really I should have just gone to Becker's to begin with. I'd recommend.
