Good place for some tasty nachos. Situated across from the Gila River Arena. Nice view of the fountains for outside seating. Watch out, the bathroom has an attendant in the evenings. She's super nice at least.
My friend and I ordered carnitas nachos and beers. The nachos were on a huge platter. And delicious with more than enough for two. Meat was shredded and tender, not stringy. Cheese sauce was good and a little spicy. Came with sour cream, salsa and jalapeños. Only reason they get 4 stars was that our order of nachos was dry inside. Once we ate the top, we were left with chips. After I pointed this out to the server, he right away got us more queso fundido. Perfect. Server was really attentive. Actually all the servers were really nice. Bartenders were great when I asked them for beer and shot combo suggestions. Beer on tap was typical of a Mexican restaurant.
The place becomes a dance club on weekends so they were clearing out tables as we ate, but we never felt rushed to leave.
