I purchased 4 televisions and was to have 3 mounted. They mounted 2 but couldn't do the 3rd because it was outside and guy didn't know how to do it so they rescheduled me for the following week. Ed the salesman promised everything would be perfect. Same guy from last week showed up and had a fit about installing TV and even disrespected me. I went to Spencer's after waiting 3 hours for a phone call from Adam at Arrowhead Spencer's and he never bothered to call me. Leland Christian just sat there and shook his head in tota k disregard of me the customer. I decided to get a full refund and pay less money at Costco for the same exact TV. Why shop at Spencer's. They have a bunch of used car salesman sitting around waiting to take your money. Certainly you have more sense than to use this low class appliance store
