If you're looking for a relaxing, comfortable dress shopping experience, do not go to David's Bridal. The staff is extremely rude and they do not listen to their customer's needs. I booked an appointment to try on a few dresses a couple months ago and did not have a good experience.
The lady that helped me did not smile once and wasn't very helpful at all. It just seemed like she didn't want to be there and acted miserable the whole time. That alone turned me right off and made me feel extremely uncomfortable.
But what topped it off was the customer service on the phone. They talk to you as if you're inconveniencing them!
So bottom line, if you're looking for a good wedding dress shopping experience, go to a small boutique and avoid the big box stores like David's Bridal, because they are not personable and do not care about anything but making a sale.
if you're looking for a walmart experience, then maybe david's bridal is for you.
