I made the appt through Amazon. The tech contacted me about 9am (appt from 11-2) the day of to say he had car trouble in Tucson. Ok, no problem. He was going to let me know but that 2-5pm should work. Time goes on & he says he's still working on the van (he also tried upselling me additional services at this point). 5pm passes & he admits he won't make it as he's just getting on the road around 6pm. I reschedule for the next day from 9-10am. The next day I'm checking in with him and he says he's just getting into town, stuck at wildhorse pass (took all night to drive 1.5hrs?) He has a flat tire now? Anyway I schedule for later in the day. Next message he's finishing with other install & just needs to get gas. He gives me an 18min estimate plus time to get gas. 50mins later & he's not here. It's now around 5:45-6pm. Hubby gets up at 3:30am for work. He (tech) got lost & his phone isn't good. It's only an iPhone 4. At this point I tell him I'll reschedule. I called Amazon and for someone else to come out (thru showed up on time no problem). I wouldn't recommend this company. I get it things happen but the excuses & the "I'm not having any fun with this happening"... No thanks.
