Property lovely, easy to find, clean and comfortable room (although no water in the room is strange for AZ); staff barely cordial and not used to that from Best Western. No acknowledgement of Gold member, no "Gold Welcome" gift. I guess they want you to stay often enough to get the points but maybe don't use them?
Wouldn't go in the very tiny swimming pool; very nasty color.
Breakfast personnel didn't even say good morning. Front desk doesn't look up from counter when you come or go. Guess I just got used to most BWs being pleasant. We missed Sundial this time around and hopefully Old Town San Diego will be better experience.
