They never give fucking napkins in the bag!! I don't know how many times I've had to demand they give me napkins for a TO-GO order and the lineup is always HUGE. They are okay with the actual food, I've been to other McDonald's that provide better service. Oh and they need to learn what a refill is, I don't consider my drink not filled all the way to be a proper refill. Oh and the burgers are supposed to have two fucking slices of pickles, not one. They seem stingy with the pickles.
