El Rodeo is the epitome of an average Mexican restaurant. The fajitas are a solid option but they are nothing to write home about. The sides are decent and the chips and salsa are average at best.
The restaurant is very clean and the service has always been great whether you are eating in or taking out. If you are craving some Mexican, I wouldn't tell you not to go here but there are many other options that are worth a shot.
