Getting sick is never fun. But when my husband starting having some severe sinus and throat issues, we were scared and called Dr. Palacios/Dr.Manthei's office. To say they were accomodating would be an understatement. The front desk staff was so helpful and got us in right away. We quickly filled out paperwork. They could see my husband wasn't well and they were concerned. We didn't wait longer than a few minutes before we were taken into a room. We saw Cindy, Dr. Manthei's nurse. She was so caring. Very quickly after that, Dr. Manthei came in. He was so thorough with the examination and really talked with me and my husband. Normally we feel rushed when we go see a doctor. But not here. The time Dr. Manthei spent with us, examination, and answering all of our questions was outstanding. It's obvious he truly cares about his patients. He ordered a chest x-ray, we brought the films back in to him that same day, and he stopped what he was doing to read them and order some additional prescriptions for my husband. Again I cannot emphasize enough the personal care we received from everyone at this office. We are so grateful to have Dr. Manthei as our doctor.
