Ok so for $750 a month for a studio you would expect things to go well? The AC had broke 4 times in two months. The cabinet door in the bathroom just fell off. It was coated in about 3000 layers of paint and it's fiber board. It disintegrated when they out new hardware on it. I called in a work order a week ago and still not fixed. My mail was a nightmare. The key to the box didn't work- I had to use a knife to pry the door open. That took a week to fix. Lots of loud noises if you want to listen to rap this is your place. The pools are nice so one nice thing. The location is good but this complex is really old it's been here since the 70's. It needs some major TLC working AC then it will be nice. Oh and they forgot to seal the rubber liner on the tub to the floor with sealant so I get ants every other day or so. This place is piss poor for almost 800 bucks a month for 400 square feet. This place is a shithole- homeless drug addicts steal packages from your door. The management doesn't give a shit.
