I started here with a Groupon & I have really enjoyed this studio for their hot Pilates.
They have cycling , Bikram and Yin is really. Lisa and Rose are both really great teachers. I would recommend doing the Pilates class 2 times a week I lost 10lbs with it and my healthy clean diet.
The Pilates class starts on the floor with bridges and pulses(booty workout) then move on to abs Nd legs or arms. Some classes use just body weight others use light weight.
