They're supposed to be "specialists" in eyebrows. I asked the girl to shape my brows with what hair I have. My eyebrow hair is medium to thin but it can be done because another place shaped it so nicely it still looked full. But this girl at highlands was like I can only clean it because there's no tail and that I'd have to color it in. After she did what she could it looked like she didn't do a damn thing. Good cause now I can go somewhere else.
My friend on the other hand has nice full eye brows and can shape it into practically what ever. She asked her to make it have an arch and not a round shaped eyebrow. To this, the girl said she couldn't because her eyebrows is naturally rounded. She ended up having thick rounded brows. This was ridiculous cause this NEVER is an issue especially with her thick eyebrows. I tried asking her to make it better to how we wanted but she kept saying she couldn't. They are not "eyebrow specialists" and I did not appreciate the workers taking up the chairs in the waiting room. Never again. I won't go here for their other services either.
