The pharmacy here is slow, and unprofessional especially the pharmacy technicians. I was told that my medication was out of stock and that it was on order. Come to find out my medication was never ordered and I received a call for 3 days straight saying it was coming in the next day. Then the pharmacy manager advised me I'd receive a call as soon as my medication arrived and that never happened either. Previously, I was a pharmacy technician and with technology today, it is not very hard to place orders for medication. This would never have happened at CVS, too bad they don't accept my new insurance.
