Originally posted about my first night in my apartment which was on the 15th and there was a mouse, second night another mouse, third night another mouse. I can't use my kitchen sink because its scorching hot. It only has one option which was hot water option - no cold water option. Garbage disposal isn't working which cause the dishwasher to back up which then leaked through the wall to the other side where my hallway is. Still haven't had my punch list addressed they did finally come and fix the garbage disposal but now the dishwasher doesn't work. It has been never-ending since moving in May 15th. This has been the most miserable rental experience with this company. Absolutely horrible and I would advise no one rent from this company. I'm actually looking into tenant rights and legal action to see if I can get out of this lease.
