The word that best describes my experiences here is inconsistency. Yes, I've had a good cut here (thanks Mindy) but I've also had some very bad cuts. Bob cut one of my sideburns totally off and left the other on one occasion. And as another reviewer pointed out, he doesn't listen to direction; I asked him to leave the top long but he cut it short anyway (and unevenly). Invariably I'd have a good experience with one barber only to have the same person deliver a bad cut on the next visit. Catch them on a good day and you'll be happy you stopped in, just don't get your hopes up for the next time.
