I was able to check out Blue Blaze during their soft opening weekend.
The space is beautiful and themed to hiking and the outdoors with reclaimed wood accents. There's plenty of tables and there's an upstairs with additional seating. Outside, they have a few picnic tables and several rocking chairs overlooking a grassy area that would be good for cornhole.
The beer was decent but they were already out of a few of their standards by the time I got there. My favorite was the Pacific Coast IPA and I'm not really an IPA fan anymore. The milk stout was decent as well. I didn't care for the kolsch or the black IPA.
Still, It's a beautiful place and it's a welcomed addition to changing neighborhood it resides in.
