Fairly average compared to other offices I've been to; staff was friendly , but not overly informative; did not really communicate the check in process or the fact that my vision was not being checked ( which is an additional 52.00) ; the Doctor did not give us the option of evaluating my current eye Rx before dilating my eyes. She took about 5 minutes total for the exam ( not checking actual vision ) She & the other staff members seemed distracted & in a hurry for their lunch break .
The lady at the check out was unfriendly, and never made eye contact even when I spoke to her. I questioned the 40.00 specialty copay , and I asked if the Doctor we saw was an actual opthomologist , and she lied & said yes. Seemed like she did not like her job. Overall , ok, but probably will go to another facility for my eye health. I've had more thorough eye exams at Walmart. Don't waste your time or money here!
