Worst customer service ever. Never going back. I am sad about this because I like that store. I went in for holiday shopping, got two text message alerts from my bank that the same amount was withdrawn. At first I figured it was one of those pending charges that would drop. Nope, both cleared my account with two completely different POS authorizations codes. How this happened, I don't know. Mistakes do occur. The bank says it is on the store's end. However, when I contact them, I didn't hear back. I reach out again and they send me a snooty email as if I am lying. Really? What happened to 'We are so sorry this has happened"? Starbucks double charged me once and couldn't do enough to make it right and I assure you, the amount at Starbucks was far less than TFM.
