I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARTS IF I COULD! You are in one big room with maybe 20 tables separated by curtains for your massage. I found Groupon deal for a 3 hour spa package, when I called they told me not to buy the Groupon and that they would match the price. When we got there I immediately wanted to leave but decided to give it a try. The first sign was that the name of the spa I called was not the name on the building. They also could not communicate with me as almost no one spoke English. They also have signs all over suggesting $10 tip per hour, it was very tacky! They then make you prepay for all of your services. After getting our pedicures they brought us into a hallway and told us to change for the massage. I felt so uncomfortable with the whole setting I told them I changed my mind and didn't want all of the services. After telling them how uncomfortable I was, I offered to pay extra for the pedicure just to get some money back for the other 2 services. They refused until I fought them enough on it and they finally offered 50% back. I fought with them but decided to cut my loses just to get out of there. It is a terrible setting with terrible business practices.
