I received two tickets to the movies and spoke with a manager at the Harkins and felt very taken care of. I appreciate you reaching out and hope my next experience is much better!
Yesterday I took my family to see planet of the apes 3D and the movie was amazing. I did want to just point out that this Harkins is not really up to par anymore with other theaters nowadays. We had to get a refill because the cups and lids won't really go on all the way so in the middle of grabbing my drink it spilled all over the floor. Once we all got in the theater the cup ruined my dress and leaked over everyone when we drank. It was annoying to have to adjust to drink during the movie the entire time walking out with a huge spill stain wasn't awesome either. The popcorn wasn't fresh and the theatre seems like it needed to be deep cleaned. Just not the typical harkins experience. The movie was awesome and the employees were very helpful. Just tidy up a bit and understand that there are theaters not much more expensive that are super clean and have clean seats and little things that just make the experience worthwhile. I will say goodbye to my brand new dress
