We would not even considered buffet at this place if it weren't a 2 for 1 coupon we received on the flight from SFO to Vegas. The yelp reviews were generally excellent, so we opted for this one over the buffet at Ballagio or Wynn.
The quality of cooking was beyond our expectation. The selection is comparable to other hotel buffet outside of Vegas, and definitely not as extravagant as other High end Vegas buffets. The value without the discount was great, and the value with coupon was irresistible.
Dishes worth mentioning:
Bone marrow, gelato, creamy corn, oyster Rockefeller, chocolate dipped strawberry.
