Poor Management within the Carwash portion of the business. I cancelled my unlimited fast pass due to Management arguing with me about how I should exit the property. Management poorly designed and had built a narrow exit ramp for those who exit the express wash. It is a total blind spot due to the steep slope of the ramp. The driver is unable to see where the curbs are located on each side of the Automobile. This, making for a tricky exit. Now, because I desired to exit the area via the regular vacuum area, I was chewed out, harassed, yelled at etc... When I told the Manager that the exit ramp was of a poor design, he got extremely defensive. The employees who work tye entrance to the carwash informed me that many people complain about the same issue but Mgmt will not listen. I will never return to this business which os about 4 blocks from my home. It is worth the drive to go elsewhere!
