He also noted several issues with how my previous door and opener was installed. Due to the size of my door, a part needed to be ordered. Loyde returned two days later and within a couple hours everything was installed perfectly. Loyde even corrected the poor installation issues from before and corrected them without charge. The price was much lower than expected and lower than an opener I had installed on a previous house that was a cheaper type and brand.
