All i can tell you is about the long lines. 2 registers open and service desk. This is from my one and only time coming here. I bought something online from sears and since this store was closer had it delivered there. Well my already purchased item took them 10-15 mins to find. I actually went over and found it. Then they had this process of scanning it out. So i backed up one of thier check outs for at least 10 mins. I went to sears for online pick up after that....sears 1 min if that to get item.
