Normally, when you're at the doctor's, particularly at a herd-you-through-as-fast-as-possible kind of place, it's a miserable experience. However, my husband, our out-of-town friends, and I have all used this Med Express clinic and have been very impressed. Though I had taken my husband here once or twice, I experienced it for the first time myself this week. My ears had started hurting me 3 days before a big weekend trip to NYC. Within less than 45 minutes, I was processed, paid my $40 copay, pre-examined, examined, written a prescription, filled the prescription at the neighboring Rite Aid, drove to Starbucks, and ordered a cake pop and chai tea latte. Yes, I'm not kidding you, less than 45 minutes. In addition to being efficient, the employees at this Med Express are both friendly and polite. I had never been to a clinic like this before and been impressed by the customer service. Though I can't say that I "look forward to coming back soon," if I happen to be plagued with another illness any time soon and need some prescription meds, this clinic will be at the top of my list.
