I did the membership which was perfect but I fully plan on going back on a regular basis for facials, some extra stuff and just to see Natasha. Seriously.
It really does feel like little snapping rubber bands but she'll give you a little squeeze ball and talk to you so you don't notice as much. And pain has no memory. By the time you walk out you feel just fine.
After the first treatment, I was wondering what was going on as my hair seemed to grow back with a vengeance. After the second zapping, much less grew back and I realized that much of what it was was dead hair being pushed out. You can exfoliate and you're good to go. After all of my six months of treatments, I shave maybe once a month just to get rid of any stray fuzzies. Hand to God, life changing.
