I asked to have a Chevy Camaro priced in August, and I am just now seeing they ran my credit 9 times. I was not super serious about the vehicle, I just wanted to see around where we would be payment wise. I understand checking credit before to see my rate, but seriously 9 points off my score that are hard inquires. Not cool. They wouldn't come off the price either. The vehicle had been sitting on the lot for a year with 700+ miles. They still wanted almost 50k for the car.
