I gave this place the two stars for the great selection, their customer service would have been a one star though. I came here for tofu, kimchi, and spam. (Ended up grabbing a lot more because of their great and unique items.) Their isles were pretty clearly labeled which I liked, but I couldn't find the kimchi for the life of me. So I ask a gentleman that was restocking things, and he said.. "What kind of kimchi?" Being unfamiliar to Asian ingredients I thought maybe he was saying there's multiple types of kimchi.. so I was just like.... uh... I'm not sure.. just like jarred kimchi? And he goes okay that's in between isles 2/3.. so I go back to isles 2/3, no kimchi. So I start browsing the refrigerated section for tofu, where I finally found the kimchi. Would have been nice if the guy would have just told me it was in the refrigerated section. THEN, I go to check out, and the cashier scans my items, then points at the rewards point cards to ask if I had one, I said I don't have one, but can I please sign up? So I sign the paper, and she practically ripped it out of my hand when I handed it to her, gave me my receipt and no "goodbye".. or "have a nice day".. or anything. *Also just a side note I ended up grabbing a big bag of rice that I could of used help out to my car with clearly being pregnant and struggling to carry my heavy bags, but no one offered any assistance. :(
