Honestly, if it weren't for the free dinner buffet comps, I would never eat here. In fact, if I paid, I'd probably ask for my money back only because their food is just so old, dry and nasty. I mean, you would think that ARIA of all places would have a nice buffet, but they don't. - Indian curries - all watery and spices, naan - old and stale - seafood - old and nasty crab legs - latin - super salty - salad bar - pathetic - italian - dried up spaghetti noodles, super greasy pizza - desserts - not appetizing. old cookies. only memorable item was their gelato, dinner roll, and the pepperoni on the pizza. Again, it was free and I wanted to try it once. I'm not sure what's worse... The Buffet at ARIA or the Mirage Buffet.... they both suck. I'd highly recommend Bayside Buffet (at Mandalay) over this garbage. If money is not a problem, go to Bacchanal Buffet (at Caesar's) because it's worth every dollar!
