I wanted to love this place. When I arrived, I was greeted warmly, given a bottle of water, and immediately taken into the back into one room of individual private pods. The beginning of the massage went well. My feet were in warm water and the head, face and shoulder massage put me into deep relaxation. It was quiet and the soft music was soothing. However, the pod that I was in was all the way in the back. Further into the massage I heard clanging, banging, plastic bags rustling, and quiet chatter. It definitely took away from the experience. Furthermore, I am unable to confirm this because my eyes were covered but felt like three separate people massages me in total. Like someone different did my face and shoulders versus my feet versus my back. The foot reflexology was hasty which was disappointing because that's the whole reason I went there. Also, the hot stones and towels were way too hot. Lastly--I found this sort of weird--when I went to tip 20% the woman checking me out pointed me to a chart that suggested I tip 30-100%. I can't decide who made the faux pas there... Regardless, I suggest you try the place for yourself. It's cheap and worth the experience.
