Our Tech Andrew Norris was on time and prompt , professional and thorough .We have had our screen repaired a dozen times over the years and never had someone do such a good check of the overall phone. instead of feeling like it was an upcharge type of thing it truly felt like he wanted to be sure everything was correct and he caught things and corrected them without charge. Customer service in other companies is extra but with screen repair plus its standard
I expected higher price for at home service instead it was less ,overall I will be calling them next time i screw up my phone.its not often that i enter a business in my phone as the go to call but Mr Norris earned it for screen repair plus.
